Facing the Storm: State of the Sector Illustrations and Data Visualization

This yearly report, issued by Alberta’s nonprofit advocate, is based on surveys, roundtables and data from the across the provinces’ nonprofit sector. It aims to give an accurate depiction of the issues facing member organizations, and uses the data as a jumping off point to advocate on behalf of the sector.
This year’s report theme reflects the many coming storms on the horizon, including rising costs and global warming and checks-in on important workplace issues including D.E.I., staff burn-out, and changing workplace models.
